What a great succession of informative information. I lost your blog address some time ago and managed to find it again.

This thread was the first thing I looked for as I had downloaded the first three posts.

You should really package this into a course and sell it.

Then create another course about how you made money from showing people how you made money…

Thanks for the advice and thanks for pointing out the problem about the demo page. It is most probably that I am making some modifications on site that is why you were’nt able to know.

I am not selling the website anymore as I found a business partner who will take the software business to the next level.

The site will be re-launch in a couple of days. So watch for it!!

Hi Vincent,

I wish you not to sell your new website before you will make with it at least 10-20 times the amount you’ve invested.

Unfortunately the demo page doesn’t work (but install.php is accessible!!!), there is no photo on the sales page to make it more real and to build trust, there are no any testimonials, and I found no affiliate program, which would make other marketers interested in building your success.

I know you could easily improve your sales with some little improvements.

Unfortunately I couldn’t check out the demo of your product, the login for admin ‘demo’/'demo’ does not work.

I hope within a couple of days I’ll be able to revert with a much better review.

Traffic is not an issue when selling Turnkey Sites (new ones) and the selling price is lower as compared to selling established sites that can go for thousands of dollars.

Vince, pare, don’t know if you heard, but Philippine users can finally send and accept money using PayPal! I closed my other account using the tips you gave me before, but I transferred its funds to my newly opened Philippine-based PayPal one.

Yung nga lang we can only withdraw to a US bank account or through Mastercard affiliated with international banks like HK Bank. There are a few threads on the subject.

I enjoyed reading this. One issue that is important that you didn’t mention is the traffic issue. I believe websites that have a lot of traffics would be a lot easier to sell than new websites with zero traffics and which may not even be indexed for months. Therefore I believe it is better to buy and then sell a website that is already indexed and has a traffic record than to build a website from scratch with the intention to sell it.

This is a useful and interesting post that would help many people outside USA who have Paypal accounts and who are having problems withdrawing their money. I would recommend it to my friends.
