• List your website for sale at SitePoint.com and DigitalPoint.com.
• Since your software website is new you can price it at X4 or X5 of the generated profits from your WSO. Example if you earned $700 from your WSO that would be $700×5 = $3,500 this would be the estimated value of your site. Whatever your price is, it will still depends on how much the buyer is willing to pay. You can negotiate with any interested buyers to arrive at a sale price.
• Make sure to prepare all relevant website information for the sale to support your asking price. This includes website summary, reason for selling, traffic and revenue screenshots, and hosting and domain information.
• Aside from listing your website you can also create a web page containing all necessary information needed by potential buyers. You can include a link to the web page you created in your Sitepoint.com listing.
• When accepting payment for your sold website you can use Paypal it’s the fastest way to accept payments. Make sure the buyer has a verified Paypal account. You can also use the service of Escrow.com for a more secure transaction.
• To avoid scammers from Sitepoint.com who use stolen Paypal accounts, make sure that you hold the Paypal funds for at least 24-48 hours before you transfer the domain name of your site.
